Product Description:

The packaging includes 1 x VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) and spindle, 1 x 220V input 2.2kW VFD (comes with a manual), 1 x water-cooled 220V-2.2kW 4-bearing Φ80mm 400Hz spindle (comes with a 6mm collet), and 1 x 80mm motor clamp.

The VFD and spindle are designed with high-quality aluminum, with the surface being oxidized and polished, resulting in a very smooth and safe-to-use finish. The accuracy is much higher, and it is resistant to deformation.

The package also includes 1 x 220V water pump, which has the following specifications: AC: 220V-120V/50HZ, 75W, Hmax: 3.2, Qmax Flow Rate: 3200L/H, Waterproof Grade: IPX8. The water pump is easy to detach and clean, and it features an adjusting knob to control the water flow rate. The rubber suction cups can be used to secure the water pump on glass surfaces, ensuring stability.

Additionally, the package includes 1 x 5m hose, with an outer diameter of 8mm and an inner diameter of 6mm.

Establishing a Connection: The single-phase input wire is connected to the R and T terminals, and the motor output wire is connected to the UVW terminal of the VFD. The basic parameters for the 400Hz spindle are: pd013=8, pd005=400, pd004=400, pd003=400, pd072=400, pd144=3000, pd002=1, and pd070=1. All VFD parameters are set before delivery, so the user can connect and drive the kit directly after receiving it.

VFD Function Introduction: The VFD has diverse terminals and more functions for the user to choose from. It supports external potentiometer control (connect the "FOR" and "DCM" terminals, then set PD001=1) and MACH3 function and RS-485 communication (for more information, the user can contact the seller to receive a video of the basic VFD functions).

Key Functions: - UP: Progressively increase data or function codes. - DOWN: Progressively decrease data or function codes. - SET: Enter menus step-by-step, save setting parameters. - PRGM: Exit current (or present) state, switch among each state, mainly used to switch monitoring state, exit to previous menu. - FWD/REV: 1, Press momentary button to start, release to stop; 2, Switch the rotation direction. - SHIFT: Switch monitoring parameters at monitoring state, at secondary menu, move data box to process editing position.

Note: It is recommended to only use the spindle to cut wood, which can improve the bearing's service life. The package only supports AC 200V-240V 1 or 3 phase voltage input, with the input wire connected to the R and S terminals of the VFD and the output wire connected to the UVW terminal of the motor (pin1=U, pin2=V, pin3=W, pin4=ground). All basic parameters have been set up, and the customer can directly connect and start the product upon receiving it.

The package includes 1 x 220V-2.2kW VFD, 1 x 2.2kW Φ80mm 24000RPM ER20 Spindle, 1 x 220V-75W Water Pump, 1 x 80mm motor clamp, and 1 x 5m hose. The spindle motor can be applied to various applications, such as wood carving/engraving machines, advertisement engraving machines, CNC machines, small-sized processing centers, and high-speed centrifuges.
