CNC VFD Spindle Package for 110V 2.2kW

Description of Product The package contains 1 x VFD and spindle, as well as 1 x 110V input 2.2kw VFD (with a manual) and 1 x water-cooled 110V-2.2KW 4 bearings Φ80mm 400hz spindle (comes with a 6mm collet). Also included are 1 x 80mm motor clamp made of high-quality aluminum with a smooth, oxidized polished surface, and a 110V water pump with a rubber suction cup for stability on glass surfaces. Additionally, a 5m hose with 8mm outer diameter and 6mm inner diameter is provided. The VFD has a power of 2.2KW, horsepower of 3HP, and various input and output voltage and frequency specifications. The spindle comes with specifications for bearings, voltage and rated current, operating speed, and other parameters including size, collet, and nut model.

Connection and Function Introduction The connection and setup of the VFD are explained, as well as diverse terminals and functions available, such as using an external potentiometer control, supporting MCAH3 function and RS-485 communication, and key functions including UP, DOWN, SET, PRGM, FWD/REV, and SHIFT.

Advanced Features The VFD is equipped with advanced motherboard features including PID control, easy PLC function, and RS485 communication, with low output rating torque, adjustable carrier frequency, and voltage regulation technique. Additionally, the spindle introduces 4 high-precision bearings and aviation connector for power interface.
