Introducing the Genmitsu PROVerXL 4030 CNC Router The PROVerXL 4030 is designed to provide high strength, precision, and ease of use. Compared to NEMA17 motors used in other CNC machines, the NEMA23 motors offer significantly more power and holding torque, allowing faster and deeper carving, especially for materials like aluminum. Manual jog wheels make it easy to adjust and position the spindle or stock material.

The PROVerXL's all-aluminum body, rigid C-Beam structure, leadscrew drive, and optical Z-axis drive deliver more stability than traditional v-slot designs. It's ideal for a wide range of cutting, drilling, and carving operations on various materials including wood, MDF, plastics, foams, vinyl, and aluminum. The machine can achieve high accuracy of 0.1mm for precision milling.

The redesigned control box features a compact, simple design with easy-access buttons for booting, emergency stop, motor speed control, unlocking, and pausing. Its cable management system keeps things organized and makes cleanup easy.

Everything Included, Easy to Set Up and Upgrade The PROVerXL 4030 comes with everything needed out of the box, including limit switches, emergency stop, speed control, and Z-probe. The pre-assembled modules and wiring dramatically reduce assembly effort, allowing you to start carving quickly.

Although the standard 300W spindle can handle most projects, the machine is compatible with the DeWalt DWP611 spindle for broader use. The C-Beam structure makes it easy to configure for larger work areas using the available XY-axis extension kits.
